Zachary Lawrence McInerney

Zachary Lawrence McInerney, 26, of Lancaster / Tega Cay, SC, died Sunday, May 7, 2023.  He was a lover of all Boston sports teams: the Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins, and Patriots. He loved cars and dreamt of having a Dodge Charger Hellcat and driving it until the wheels fell off. Zach loved his music and wanted it loud. He fiercely loved his family and friends unconditionally. He worked with his stepfather David at Kent Companies and had an incredible work ethic. His good nature and smile were contagious to everyone around him. Most importantly, Zach had a personal relationship with his heavenly father, whose arms he is now wrapped in. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James and Ann Marie McInerney and his maternal grandmother, Sandra Watson.  

He is survived by:

His mother and step-father:  Shari and David Weaver;

Father and step-mother: Bill and Susan McInerney;

A sister and brother-in-law: Cassie and Brandon Belue;

4 step-brothers: David and Jarod Weaver, Cameron and Carson Slawter;

Maternal grandfather: William Watson;

Along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 2:00pm in the Palmetto Funeral Home in Fort Mill.  The family will receive friends from 1pm until service time Saturday. For those unable to attend please join us on the live stream, the link can be found below
