Robert Meusel Obituary

Robert Joseph Meusel, 79, passed away peacefully in his home on the morning of Thursday December 31, 2020. Son of the late Henry and Martha Meusel he was born on November 1, 1941 in Pottsville, PA. Surviving are his children David Meusel (Brienne), Melinda Flannery, Robert Meusel Jr., Fred Meusel, Justin Meusel (Stephanie), and Stephen Daniel Meusel as well as ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Terry, and son Derek Meusel. Robert was a graduate of Minersville High School ('59) and went on to serve in the US Navy. Ten years after retiring from the Ohio Art Company in 2004, he relocated with his family to South Carolina. Robert enjoyed reading, spending time with his family, and going to church. He was a kind and gentle man who was happy all the way up to the day of his passing.
