Patrick Anndrew (Andy) Smith

Patrick “Andy” Anndrew Smith, 58, of Fort Mill passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020 following a period of declining health.

Andy was born on July 8, 1962 to the late Jack Henry Smith and Kay Francis Matthews Smith. He was one of a kind. He was generous with what he had. He enjoyed every aspect of life from paving roads to fishing, boating, and traveling the country. He was a loving Son, brother, father and granddad. He lived life to the fullest and experienced all this world had to offer and In the end he would tell you the greatest experience he ever had was knowing Christ as his Lord and Savior.

In addition to his mother those left to cherish his memory include his children, Erin Smith Stanley and husband Richard Allen Stanley, of Nashville, TN, son, Paxton Anndrew Smith and wife Victoria of Boston, MA, brothers; Edgar “Eddie” T. Smith and wife Deborah of Fort Mill, Jack Henry Smith, Jr. and wife Gail of Fort Mill, Sisters; Joyce Atkins of Fort Mill, Mary Baker and husband James of Fort Mill. Also surviving are grandchildren Sam, Richard, Paxton, Georgiana, Martha and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 from 4:00-9:00 PM at Palmetto Funeral Home, Fort Mill.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Palmetto Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery, Charlotte, NC.
