Norman Robbins Sr Obituary

Norman H. Robbins, Sr., a dedicated United States Marine Corps veteran, passed away on September 29 in the presence of his family.

He was born in Springfield, MA, and served in the Marines Corps from 1953 - 1973. During his 20 years of service, he saw combat in the Vietnam and Korean wars.

Norman was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is preceded in death by his wife, Germaine, of 62 years, and his three siblings, Clifford Robbins, Thelma Bercier, and Vi Yelneik. He leaves behind his three siblings, Ralph (Pauline) Robbins, Barbara Downs, & Pam Robbins, and six children, Norman H. Robbins, Jr., Steven Robbins, Susan (Jim) Hunsinger, Paul (Gayle) Robbins, Cheryll (Wayne) Searcy, & Barbara (Jon) Thompson. He has 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, five grand dogs, and two grand cats.

His final resting place will be at the Agawam Veterans Cemetery in Agawam, MA.
