Johnny L Norris

Johnny Norris, 78, of 844 Hosea Strong Road Chester, SC 29706 died Oct. 15, 2021 at home in Chester.

A native of Lancaster, SC, Mr. Johnny Norris was the son of John W. And Effie Harris Norris. He was retired from Display Fixtures in Charlotte, NC. His interests included restoring classic automobiles, woodworking projects, and video games.

Surviving are his wife Joyce F. Norris; one son Chris Norris (Caroline), Chester, SC, one daughter Danyel Beasley (Carl) of Rock Hill, SC, two sisters, Earline Sowell of Clover, SC and Gwendolyn Foley (Danny) of Savannah, GA, and  one granddaughter, Caitlyn Norris of Augusta, GA. He was preceded by his father, John W Norris, his mother, Effie Harris Norris, and his sister Sarah Outlaw.

Services for Mr. Norris will be held at 1pm, Friday, October 29, 2021 at Whitesell Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12pm-1pm at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Grandview Memorial Park Hollis Lakes located at 401 Hollis Lakes Road Rock Hill, South Carolina.
