Holly Miranda Obituary

Holly Miranda was born on Christmas Eve and was the sweetest joy her Mother’s heart has ever known. She was kind, caring, considerate, and loving. She was always willing to
be there for you and lend a helping hand, with a loving heart! She gave from her heart and loved with all her heart! Holly was the most unselfish, loving person in the world. She never missed my Birthday, or Mother’s Day, or Christmas….. But spoiled me with her gifts of Love! She treated her Stepfather with the very same love. She loved her family and was wonderful to ALL her
family. She loved her Daddy, Mike Miranda, and was appreciate of having him as her first class mechanic and loving Dad. She spokely highly of her Step-Mother, Sandy
Miranda. She loved her sister, Melinda dearly and nephew John Michael Cassity. Holly grew up in Niles and Warren, Ohio.    She was always smiling and a joy to know.
Holly’s fur baby was her Old English Sheep Dog, Shilo, that she raised for thirteen years, until the Lord called Shilo home. She loved her Shilo with a passion. She had recently
adopted a black lab mix, named Clyde that she said was the sweetest doggy. Holly attended Howland Schools and graduated from Howland High School in 1995. She attended Kent State University and Youngstown State University, graduating with a degree in teaching in 2000. Holly worked as a substitute teacher in Ohio for three years and moved to the South, to
obtain a full time teaching position. She had the honor of having Mary Kartzman as her mentor in teaching and considered her a true blessing in her life! She first taught at Piney
Grove in North Carolina, for eight years and loved her students. Many of the parents atPiney Grove applauded her dedication to her students. Holly Purchased her first home in 2009, and was on top of the world to have her own special home! She was just so proud! Holly then obtained a position at South Middle School, and loved teaching at SMS. She adored her students and loved them dearly. She loved her co-workers at SMS, and worked under her Principal Joyce Crimminger, and had nothing but praise for her!. Holly had been at SMS about seven years until her passing! Her current Principal is David Sweem and she spoke    highly of him! Holly loved sharing snacks with her students and colleagues and they presented her with
the Award this year of    ‘Most Likely To Have Snacks’. During free time, Holly worked at Fort Lawn’s Fish Camp and Lancaster’s 521 BBQ in
the Lancaster City area. She enjoyed her friends at those jobs and loved people. She had the most beautiful smile that lit up a room! Craft projects, especially ones with lots of sparkle and glitter were Holly’s favorite past time!    She also loved spending time at the Ocean and Beach and found it to be a peaceful retreat. She enjoyed her Destin Beach Vacation in 2020 with her good friend, Lucy Gardner, and her parents. She said she had the best time ever! Holly also loved Christmas, and brought joy to everyone around her at that time! Holly was lifelong friends with Tracy Titus, and Christina Fluharty and was close with them. Holly was in a relationship with Steven Hegler whom she loved. Holly loved the Lord, and was meant for a world far better than this one! I love you my precious daughter, my precious Angel!
