Elizabeth Nichols Gibson

Elizabeth Nichols Gibson went to be with the Lord on September 11, 2021. She was 48 years old at the time of her death. Elizabeth was a former day care teacher at the Sunshine House, former teller at First Union National Bank and a cashier at McAlister's Deli.

Mrs. Gibson was a lifelong member of Tirzah Presbyterian Church in York. She was also a leader in Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts. Her hobbies included arts and crafts, and gardening.

Mrs. Gibson is preceded in death by her father Earl Mason Nichols of York, SC. She is survived by her mother Jaqueline Norman Nichols of York, SC, her husband Edward Joseph "Joey" Gibson, her son Tyler Ryne Gibson, and her daughters Alanna Christine Gibson and Keely Nichole Gibson.

Service will be held at 11am September 18, 2021 at Tirzah Presbyterian Church, 180 Tirzah Road, York SC. The family will receive friends after the service in the church fellowship hall. Mrs Gibson will be laid to rest in the church's cremation garden.

In a lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the charity of your choice.
