Obituary
Rock Hill, SC - Mr. Billy Ray Gregory, 72, passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2022. He was a graduate of Rock Hill High School and York Technical College. He proudly served in the United States Army from July 1970 to December 1974. He was a Vietnam Veteran.
Bill loved hunting, fishing and his children and grandchildren. He had a host of nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his daughters, Carla Gregory-Patterson (Lewy) of Lexington, SC; Jennifer Gregory of Rock Hill and Kimberly Walls of Rock Hill; nine grand children - Joseph Jenkins, Trenton Walls, Lauryn Patterson, Landon Patterson, Logan Patterson, Ashlynn Austin, Cheyenne Gregory, Justin Queen, and Cierra Walls, and four great grand children. Bill is also survived by his one true love, his fur baby, Prissy Mae Gregory. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl W. Gregory and Eva Gregory; his brother, Herman Griswel and his sister Linda Edwards.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday June 8, 2022 at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Road, Columbia, SC, 29229 at 9:00 AM.
